Event entries
On entering any Black Sheep Sports events you are agreeing to our terms.
From the moment you enter an event there is a cost involved, from ordering event equipment, toilets and the good old VAT man. If you enter any other event or activity, from the cinema, sports match, theatre, and for what ever reason, you get injured, pregnant, or you just don’t want to go, you are not entitled to a refund. It is for that reason we have the terms below.
Race entry fees are non refundable please check your race entry information comprehensively prior to entering any race. It may be possible to transfer some of your fee to other races, provided you give us at least 4 weeks notice. Please contact us using the form provided with the race title, fee paid and payment method and we will contact you to discuss this.
Race entries are strictly non transferable.
Black sheep sports endeavour to provide the race that you have entered. It may be circumstances mean that we do not provide the event in the same format as expected / advertised. Black sheep sports has the right to change any event for safety reasons without prior warning. In such circumstances competitors will not be eligible for any refunds, whether partial or full and will not be eligible for any other financial recompense.

During registration necessary as part of our checkout process we ask you to provide:
