How do cycling teams work?
Cycling teams are made up of multiple riders, with the aim of helping each other to achieve the best possible results on the race track. Teams are usually managed by a team director, who is responsible for recruiting, training and managing the riders. The individual team members are responsible for their own performance on the track, but they must also work together as a single unit.
